All our shipments are handled by trusted domestic courier networks to ensure your garments arrive in pristine condition.

1. SHIPPING OPTIONS, TIMELINES & COSTS

We offer two delivery methods to suit your needs. Please note that delivery windows are calculated from the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays and public holidays.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for our team to carefully prepare, quality-check, and pack your order prior to dispatch.

2. TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

Once your order has been carefully packaged and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email.

This email will contain a unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the system.

3. DELIVERY CONDITIONS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Delivery Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct and complete shipping address is provided at checkout. Soulvaier London cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address entry.

  • Unattended Delivery: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt to leave your parcel in a designated safe place, with a neighbour, or redirect it to a local collection point. A calling card will be left to inform you of the exact location.

  • Missed Deliveries: If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to multiple failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the item from a local depot, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.

4. DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delivery schedules can occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes severe weather conditions, postal strikes, high seasonal volumes (such as Black Friday or Christmas), or logistical disruptions.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is not delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed (unless a specific longer timeframe was explicitly agreed upon), you are entitled to a full refund.
